Postage & Packing

Currently all UK orders will be charged at £3.50 each, regardless of how many items you order. We use a next day courier service to dispatch our orders and therefore you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the package. Should you know that you will not be in, the courier company are happy to leave it with a neighbour, but we must have your permission to do this. Therefore, please email us to let us know if this is the case. Please contact us for overseas rates.

Order Payments

We use Pay Pal to transact all online orders and we do not hold information of any customers purchasing details. Please refer to the Pay Pal site, with regards to their privacy policy.

Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving funds for each order, but normally a lot sooner. If we have a delay, then we will contact you to let you know. Please provide your contact details when ordering, so that we can let you know if this is the case. We use a courier service for postage within the UK. Please contact us for international shipping, so that we can quote you correctly.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your goods on 01636 643900. We will then arrange a return, providing that the items have not been used and that labels are still in place. We cannot accept returns on underwear.

PLEASE NOTE :: If you are paying using an e-check payment, please note that the payment can take up to 10 days to clear. Using a credit or debit card however, through Pay Pal, is normally instant. Therefore should you need your items for a specific event or date, please call us on 01636 643900 and we are able to take your order over the phone.
